Seeing the typewriter poets on Frenchmen Street was one of the first things that made New Orleans feel like home to me. The cafes they inhabit remind me of the artsy, bohemian coffee shops we grew up with in the 90’s. Before the tech bros ruined the scene. (Can anything be sacred?!) You’ll feel like you just walked into the Life Cafe, or the Witches Brew.
Top notes of rich, freshly roasted coffee beans and steamed milk accords give way to a creamy center of tonka bean and toasted coconut - all grounded by an ethereal base of sandalwood and light patchouli.

INGREDIENTS
SOY-FREE / CRUELTY-FREE / VEGAN
All of our products are free of phthalates, parabens, mutagens, hormone disruptors, Prop 65 restricted ingredients, or any essential oils that can be harmful to you or your pets. Our candles are made using soy-free, organic coconut/apricot wax and wooden wicks for a clean, slow & even burn.
SCENT THROW / BURN TIME
14oz candles :
- Suitable for larger rooms, high ceilings, open concept spaces, large entryways and hallways
- Burn time : 60-80+ hours with proper use and care (see below)
7oz/9oz candles :
- Perfect for more intimate spaces, i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms, offices
- For larger spaces, layer two or more with complementary fragrance notes to create a dynamic scent story
- Burn time : 30-40+ hours with proper use & care (see below)
CANDLE CARE / SAFETY
- FIRST BURN : allow enough burn time for a full and even melt pool to form. It doesn’t need to go allll the way to the edge, but closer than Creed, k? (*^ ‿ *)
- Always burn on a fire-resistant surface away from any drafts, children & pets.
- TRIM DAT WICK! Wooden wicks are not self-trimming, like cotton wicks — before re-lighting your candle, use a wick trimmer, nail clipper, or your fingers to remove previously charred material.
- Keep away from extreme heat and moisture.
- Optimal burn sessions are 2-4 hours - no more than 6 hours.
- Do not burn to the bitter end - you’re ready for a refill once you hit the last 1/4 inch of wax remaining in the jar!
