The perfect pairing between two beloved New Orleans makers. Bayou Rose is thrilled to present a limited Valentine’s Day collab with Dré of Once Around the Kitchen — a woman-owned and operated small-batch preserves and provisions company based in New Orleans.
La Vie En Rose Wine Jelly is bright and floral with a soft, vinous backbone. Pinot Noir Rosé leads with fresh Louisiana strawberry juice, followed by delicate notes of jasmine and rose water. Serve it with light, fresh cheeses like goat, as an elevated PB&J, or spooned over ice cream for a refined, wine kissed treat.
Set the mood for your cozy night in with Bayou Rose’s “La Vie En Rose”. A 9.5oz candle in a stunning gold tin that bursts with notes of lychee and strawberry, rose water and rosé — grounded by vetiver and sandalwood. SOY-FREE / CRUELTY-FREE / VEGAN
All of our products are free of phthalates, parabens, mutagens, hormone disruptors, Prop 65 restricted ingredients, or any essential oils that can be harmful to you or your pets. Our candles are made using soy-free, organic coconut/apricot wax and wooden wicks for a clean, slow & even burn.
SCENT THROW / BURN TIME
14oz candles :
- Suitable for larger rooms, high ceilings, open concept spaces, large entryways and hallways
- Burn time : 60-80+ hours with proper use and care (see below)
7oz/9oz candles :
- Perfect for more intimate spaces, i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms, offices
- For larger spaces, layer two or more with complementary fragrance notes to create a dynamic scent story
- Burn time : 30-40+ hours with proper use & care (see below)
CANDLE CARE / SAFETY
- FIRST BURN : allow enough burn time for a full and even melt pool to form. It doesn’t need to go allll the way to the edge, but closer than Creed, k? (*^ ‿ *)
- Always burn on a fire-resistant surface away from any drafts, children & pets.
- TRIM DAT WICK! Wooden wicks are not self-trimming, like cotton wicks — before re-lighting your candle, use a wick trimmer, nail clipper, or your fingers to remove previously charred material.
- Keep away from extreme heat and moisture.
- Optimal burn sessions are 2-4 hours - no more than 6 hours.
- Do not burn to the bitter end - you’re ready for a refill once you hit the last 1/4 inch of wax remaining in the jar!
